MEMBERSHIP
The Association of Vitreo-retina specialists of Sri Lanka
Regular members
- Ophthalmologists who have completed a one year formal clinical fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery, in a programme approved by the council.
- Board certified ophthalmologists in charge of vitreoretinal units.
- Ophthalmologists board certified in vitreoretinal surgery.
- Ophthalmologists who are practicing as vitreoretinal surgeons for a minimum of 5 years.
Associate members
- Shall be those medical practitioners who apply for membership and are approved by the Council and who hold the MD/MS Ophthalmology, FRCS, FRACS, FCOph or other equivalent degree in ophthalmology to the council.
Affiliate/members in training
- All ophthalmologists undergoing training.
Apply for Membership
You can apply for membership online or by manually downloading the form. When you apply for it, you have to follow the relevant terms and conditions correctly and if there is a susbscriptin cost, you have to pay it on time. If you download and fill out the form, you will need to do so and send it to our email address with the correct approval.
