Delegates can register for the 31^st Annual Congress of the Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka and the 12^th Colombo Retina meeting of the Association of Vitreo Retina Specialists of Sri Lanka to be held from 14^th to 17^th September, 2023. From this year onwards registration for the event is accepted only through this portal and please kindly go through the following details before registering.

1. Registration Categories and Fees:

Following are the categories, the registration fees and the deadline for registration for the main event (3 days).  Those who have registered for the main event will get free registration for the breakfast and dinner symposiums held on the respective days. In addition, there will be Wet lab Instruction courses which will also be taking place during the main event for which you can register for free. But you will need to separately register for these symposiums and wet lab sessions to confirm your participation.

Note that pre congress symposium will accommodate only 150 and the 3 breakfast symposia and the dinner symposium 100 participants each.

Foreign Exhibitors / Trade delegates

• Exhibitors are only allowed to enter the Exhibition area.
• Exhibitors are NOT permitted to enter the session rooms.
• Please use a trade delegate badge for attending the Exhibition area.

2. Online Payment Security and Data Privacy

▶ The registration will be complete only after making the payment via this portal.

▶ All online transactions are processed by Stripe, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The Organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.

▶ Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the 31^st annual congress of the COSL & 12^th Colombo Retina Meeting 2023. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organiser.

3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and registered email address must be sent to the congress Secretariat by email.

• Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Secretariat before 5^th of September, will be accepted and registration fees will be fully refunded. (except bank processing charges).
• For cancellations received from the 5^th to 10^th September an administrative fee of Rs. 5000 will be deducted from your registration fee. The refund will be processed only after the Congress.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 10^th of September or non-attendance at Congress.
